Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse at our Emergency Room in Grace Medical Center, you will be responsible for providing quality nursing care to patients, following all protocols and guidelines to ensure their well-being.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational standards.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for patients.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills to uphold the highest standards of practice.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or a Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- BLS certification required, ACLS within 6 months of hire.
- Additional certifications such as PALS, Hazmat, and Emergency Nursing preferred.
