Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health's Grace Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position involves providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in compliance with industry standards and organizational protocols. The role requires developing, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and maintaining clinical competency.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act.
- Assess patient needs and collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver quality care.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills to ensure safe patient care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- Certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat may be required.
