We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at Grace Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position requires a weekend commitment with day and night shifts, and variable hours. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing patient care in the Emergency Room, ensuring compliance with protocols and delivering quality care.
Job Summary
- Provide nursing care in accordance with standards and protocols.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans based on patient needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare team for quality care delivery.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Services experience preferred.
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, Hazmat.
- Completion of orientation program.
