We are looking for a dedicated Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Emergency Room requires a weekend commitment with day and night shifts. Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in compliance with established standards and protocols.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for patients.
- Collaborate with staff, physicians, and other disciplines to optimize patient care.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills competency for quality care delivery.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, Hazmat certifications required or attainable within specified timelines.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
- Strong orientation ability following organizational policies.
