Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Grace Medical Center Emergency Room involves day and night shifts with varying hours and a weekend commitment as a Staff Nurse. The RN will provide quality nursing care, assess patient needs, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and maintain a safe patient care environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in compliance with standards and protocols.
- Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise patient care plans.
- Assess patients for changes impacting recovery.
- Collaborate with staff, physicians, and other disciplines.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills competency.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
- Completion of orientation according to policy/procedures.
