Job Description

We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Emergency Room requires day and night shifts with varying hours. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients in compliance with established standards and protocols. Collaborate with staff, physicians, and other disciplines to deliver quality care and maintain a safe environment for patients. The new Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center offers state-of-the-art facilities and advanced technology for emergency care.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care following the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organization guidelines.
• Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise patient care plans.
• Assess patients for changes affecting recovery.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality care delivery.
• Maintain clinical knowledge and skills competency.
• Ensure a safe patient care environment.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure in Maryland.
• Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services or 3-5 years in acute care.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS within 6 months of hire.
• PALS and Hazmat certification within one year of hire.
• Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
