Job Description
We are seeking a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the emergency room requires day and night shifts with varying hours. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide essential nursing care to patients, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and protocols. Collaboration with healthcare professionals is key to delivering high-quality care and maintaining a safe patient environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in accordance with standards and protocols.
- Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise care plans based on patient needs.
- Collaborate with staff, physicians, and other disciplines for quality care delivery.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills competency.
- Ensure a safe patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications required.
- Completion of orientation according to policy/procedures.
Unit Details
The new Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center provides state-of-the-art emergency care facilities, including negative pressure rooms, a behavioral health treatment pod, and a CT Scanner for early diagnosis of critical conditions.
