Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join LifeBridge Health at the Grace Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to patients. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and deliver individualized care while maintaining a safe environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
- Assess and monitor patients for changes in their condition.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality care delivery.
- Maintain competency in clinical skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Hazmat certification within one year of hire.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
