Centria Autism is seeking an Operations Director to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our center. As the Operations Director, you will oversee sales, business operations, and team management to achieve our center's goals while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales, marketing, and advertising activities to maximize client base.
• Maintain an aesthetically pleasing center and ensure compliance with standards.
• Manage schedules, staffing, and daily operations efficiently.
• Complete offboarding process for departing team members.
• Ensure payroll and billing accuracy through daily reviews.
• Provide administrative support and perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of customer service experience.
• 5-8+ years of managing 20+ staff preferred.
• 4+ years of sales experience preferred.

Rate

$65,000 - $75,000 year plus bonus.
