Job Description

Commonwealth, an established Real Estate Management & Brokerage Company operating in Oregon and Washington, is seeking a dedicated Community Manager to oversee a manufactured housing community in Medford, Oregon on a part-time basis. This position offers a competitive monthly salary of $1,500, including housing and utilities, with additional benefits such as 3 weeks of PTO per year and a 401K contribution after 90 days. As a Community Manager, you will play a pivotal role in rent collection, enforcement of rental agreements and rules, administrative tasks, and facility maintenance. Key Responsibilities

• Collect and manage all space rents and additional fees promptly.
• Ensure compliance with rental agreements, rules, and regulations.
• Handle administrative tasks including tenant screening, rental agreements, and facility inventory management.
• Maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of common areas and facilities.
