Pediatric RN for Homecare

Job Description

Join our team at NurseCore Management Services LLC as a Pediatric RN for Homecare in the Las Vegas/Henderson and North Las Vegas area. You will be providing quality care to pediatric patients aged from infant to 18 years old. This role involves collaborating with the patient's care team, educating patients and families, participating in patient assessments, and ensuring the overall well-being of the children under your care. Full-time and part-time positions are available with a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development and revisions of patient-specific comprehensive assessments and care plans.
• Provide patient and family education on disease processes and care needs.
• Collaborate with the patient's care team including physicians, supervisors, and other medical providers.
• Mentor and educate co-workers.
• Record and report changes in patients' conditions.
• Communicate updates on the medical condition to physicians and clinical directors.
• And other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the State of Nevada.
• 1 year of recent experience as an RN in a supervised setting.
• Current CPR certification.
• Negative TB/PPD or Chest X-Ray within the last 12 months.
• Completion of skills assessment specific to areas of experience.
