Pediatric RN - Vent Experience

Job Description

NurseCore Management Services LLC is looking for a dedicated Pediatric RN with Vent Experience to join our team in the Las Vegas/Henderson and North Las Vegas area. In this role, you will provide quality home healthcare to pediatric patients aged from infants to 18 years who require ventilator care. We offer a SIGN ON BONUS for this position.

Responsibilities

• Participate in developing and updating patient assessments and care plans.
• Provide patient and family education on disease processes and care requirements.
• Collaborate with the patient's care team, including physicians and supervisors.
• Record and communicate changes in patient conditions.
• Engage in mentoring and educating colleagues.

Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure in Nevada.
• Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience or completion of Nurse Residency Program.
• Current CPR certification and negative TB/PPD test.
