Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Pediatric RN with Vent Experience to join our team at NurseCore Management Services LLC. As a compassionate and skilled nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to an infant pediatric home health patient in the NW Las Vegas/Summerlin 89149 area. Day and night shifts are available.
Responsibilities
- Participate in comprehensive assessments and care planning.
- Provide patient and family education on disease processes and care needs.
- Collaborate with the patient's care team for optimal outcomes.
- Mentor and educate colleagues.
- Report changes in patient conditions and communicate effectively.
Qualifications
- Ventilator experience is mandatory.
- Current RN licensure in Nevada.
- 1 year of recent RN experience or completion of Nurse Residency Program.
- Current CPR certification and negative TB test results.
- Skills assessment specific to relevant areas of experience.
