Job Description

We are hiring a Pre-License Training-Onsite Representative to join Teleperformance USA at our Port Saint Lucie, Florida location. As a key contributor to our dynamic team, you will handle and respond to customer inquiries, provide excellent service, and explore innovative solutions to address various concerns.

Responsibilities

  • Handle and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through active listening and thoughtful responses.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and sensitivity of customer information.
  • Strive to resolve issues promptly and efficiently on the first call.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to build trust and rapport.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Proficient in typing with a minimum speed of 25 words per minute.
  • High school graduate or GED equivalent.
  • Comfortable working with desktop computer systems.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Previous call center experience is preferred.
  • Logical problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexible availability for various shifts.
