Job Description
We are hiring a Pre-License Training-Onsite Representative to join Teleperformance USA at our Port Saint Lucie, Florida location. As a key contributor to our dynamic team, you will handle and respond to customer inquiries, provide excellent service, and explore innovative solutions to address various concerns.
Responsibilities
- Handle and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service through active listening and thoughtful responses.
- Ensure the confidentiality and sensitivity of customer information.
- Strive to resolve issues promptly and efficiently on the first call.
- Communicate effectively with customers to build trust and rapport.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
- Proficient in typing with a minimum speed of 25 words per minute.
- High school graduate or GED equivalent.
- Comfortable working with desktop computer systems.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Previous call center experience is preferred.
- Logical problem-solving abilities.
- Flexible availability for various shifts.
