Job Description

We are seeking a talented Preferred Accounts Manager to join our team at Johns Manville Corp - a renowned manufacturer of premium-quality insulation and commercial roofing products. As a National Accounts Manager, you will play a crucial role in business development, account management, and sales efforts for key clients in the roofing systems division. This position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of $113,100.00 to $155,500.00, with additional incentive bonuses available.

Responsibilities

  • Establish JM as an industry leader and trusted partner for clients.
  • Develop and convert prospect accounts into long-term JM Preferred Account clients.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers to increase JM's market share.
  • Support the sales team by driving JM's position and preference.
  • Provide enhanced services to ensure superior customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in roofing/construction industry.
  • Proven experience in business development and national account sales.
  • Ability to analyze product lines, negotiate, and navigate complex sales situations.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% and meet physical job requirements.

  • Experience with commercial building owners, roofing consultants, and specifiers.
  • Skilled in new business development and advanced sales techniques.
  • Expert in communication, knowledge of competitor product lines, and industry associations.
