Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Product Owner to join Discover Financial Services' innovative and dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering best-in-class Cardmember experiences to enhance Discover sales and top-of-wallet positions with key merchant partners and digital wallets. You will focus on building capabilities to support emerging payment solutions by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Interact and collaborate with stakeholders to align on product vision, features, and roadmap.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives for the product team.
- Own the product backlog, prioritize items, and ensure alignment with company standards.
- Work with technology teams to optimize system components and infrastructure maintenance.
- Build a culture of accountability and ownership within the product team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience in Product, Business, Technical, or related fields.

Compensation
Base pay ranges from $110,500.00 to $154,900.00, with additional incentives.
