Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Produce Manager to join Kennie's Market's Inc. As a Produce Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the produce department to ensure its success and profitability.

Responsibilities
- Achieve department goals in sales and gross profit
- Maintain supply control, payroll expenses, and inventory
- Ensure quality and freshness of products through proper rotation and maintenance
- Direct stocking, display, and rotation of produce items for customer appeal
- Follow sanitation standards and safety regulations
- Supervise and train department employees
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years of related experience
- Strong communication and mathematical skills
- Ability to solve practical problems and make decisions
