Job Description
Discover Financial Services is looking for a Product Owner for the Card Posting & Billing (CPB) Platform and Aggregator team. This role involves collaborating with Business and Technology to drive priority initiatives across Discover Card. The Product Owner will play a crucial part in delivering the product vision and modernization roadmap, owning the foundational aggregator APIs.
What You'll Do
- Ensure that product outcomes meet stakeholder and customer requests by understanding business constraints and providing solutions that satisfy all parties.
- Interact with stakeholders to align product features and roadmap with customer insights, financials, compliance, and risk data.
- Establish KPIs and OKRs, create product documentation, define product requirements, and manage product backlog.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or 4+ years' experience in Product, Business, Technical, or related field.
- Understanding of agile mindset, experience with scrum, and proficiency in agile management tools are advantageous.
