Job Description

Present Technology (Pres Tech) is a group of specialists who provide services to internal banking clients within the Institutional Clients Group. You will be responsible for quality checks on various marketing materials to ensure they are correctly branded as per standards and advise presentation specialists on the use of the brand. This role requires a good visual sense, ability to perceive and adhere to stylistic elements, and experience in financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for quality checks on various marketing materials.
• Ensure correct branding as per standards and advise presentation specialists on the use of the brand.
• Interact with staff to understand deadlines and instructions for processing documents properly.
• Make minor edits and perform administrative tasks to log productivity.
• Communicate and understand complex instructions.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 3 or more years of creative quality assurance experience OR demonstrated ability to meet the job requirements through comparable work experience.
