Job Description
Cognizant is seeking a dynamic and expert in Healthcare Quality Assurance and Testing field sales for the role of Quality Engineering & Assurance Service Line Healthcare Sales Specialist-Associate Director. You will be responsible for delivering sales results, contributing to revenue growth, and expanding pipeline through existing and new accounts. You will be a 'trusted advisor' blending strategic, tactical, and sales experience, fostering client relationships and conducting sales forecasts for deals that meet or exceed budgets.
Responsibilities
- Deliver sales results and contribute to revenue growth for QEA/SPE.
- Grow pipeline through existing and new accounts.
- Promote solution sales models and longer value-based contracts.
- Cultivate and share a relevant industry (preferably Healthcare) or technology point of view (POV) with clients to increase Cognizant's value.
- Close deals using standard sales methodologies and participate in regular sales pipeline and review cadences.
- Participate in client account planning and pipeline generation activities.
- Identify early renewal opportunities that can be leveraged into transformation client conversations.
Requirements
- 10 years+ experience in IT services and sales in large enterprise organizations.
- Consistent track record of sales experience and success exceeding sales quotas of approx. $10M-$25M.
- Experience selling within the Healthcare vertical (Payer, Provider, PBM).
- Deep experience in one or more of the Software Platform Engineering service line practices and business groups.
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Up to 50% travel is required under normal conditions.
