Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as an Associate Director for the Healthcare Quality Assurance and Testing field sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for accelerating digital change for our large, sophisticated clients, targeting the healthcare industry market.
Responsibilities
- Deliver sales results and contribute to revenue growth for Quality Engineering & Assurance (QEA) and Software and Platform Engineering (SPE) Practice.
- Grow pipeline through existing and new accounts, promote solution sales models, and promote value propositions.
- Cultivate and share a relevant industry or technology point of view (POV) with clients and peers to increase our value to clients and executives.
- Work to close deals using sales standard methodologies and cultivate client relationships to foster growth and cross-selling opportunities at CxO levels.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IT services and sales in large enterprise organizations.
- Consistent track record of sales experience and success delivering and exceeding sales quotas of approximately $10M-$25M.
- Recent experience working for IT professional services or management consulting firms.
- Ability to quickly pivot and accommodate client needs and strong QA acumen.
