Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Radiology Technologist to join Corewell Health on a full-time basis. As part of our team, you will perform accurate and efficient diagnostic exams in various areas of general radiology. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent clinical skills, prioritize patient care, and adhere to radiation safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct quality diagnostic exams with attention to patient identification and safety.
- Acquire and document accurate patient histories.
- Operate diagnostic imaging equipment proficiently.
- Provide procedural information and education to patients and families.
- Maintain equipment, exam rooms, and supplies for optimal patient care.
- Assist in training new hires and students.
Requirements
- Graduate of a JRCERT Accredited Radiography program.
- Must be registered with the ARRT within 6 months of hire.
- Basic Life Support Certification required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to patient care and equipment operation.
