General Summary
As a Radiology Technologist at Corewell Health, you will perform accurate diagnostic exams in general radiology, ensuring the best possible images for interpretation. You will apply radiation protection principles, provide patient education, and maintain a patient and family-centered care approach.
Responsibilities
- Perform quality diagnostic exams with patient safety in mind.
- Monitor patients during procedures.
- Operate diagnostic imaging equipment proficiently.
- Utilize ALARA standards for radiation exposure.
- Contribute to the department's effective operations and training.
Qualifications
- Graduate of JRCERT Accredited Radiography program.
- CRT-Radiographer (R) and CRT-Radiologic Technologist Registration required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
