Responsibilities
- Perform quality diagnostic exams following proper procedures and protocols.
- Acquire accurate patient history and document information.
- Ensure patient safety during procedures and follow radiation protection principles.
- Communicate effectively with team members and medical staff.
- Operate diagnostic imaging equipment proficiently and maintain equipment.
- Provide patient education and support throughout procedures.
- Maintain competency in various radiology procedures and ensure department compliance.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Radiography program.
- CRT-Radiographer (R) - ARRT required upon hire.
- BLS certification required upon hire.
