Job Description
Corewell Health is offering an exciting opportunity for a full-time Radiology Technologist to join our team. As a Radiology Technologist, you will play a crucial role in providing accurate and efficient diagnostic exams in general radiology while upholding the highest standards of patient care.
Responsibilities
- Perform quality diagnostic exams following verification of patient identification and physician orders.
- Acquire accurate patient history and document in medical records.
- Monitor patients during procedures to ensure safety.
- Utilize diagnostic imaging equipment proficiently and follow policies for quality control.
- Provide patient/family education prior to each exam and contribute to department operations effectively.
Qualifications
- Graduate of JRCERT Accredited Radiography program.
- CRT-Radiographer (R) and CRT-Radiologic Technologist Registration – ARRT required.
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) – AHA required.
