Responsibilities
- Conduct meetings with business units, providing HR guidance.

- Offer performance management guidance and support organizational design improvements.
- Collaborate on recruitment and diversity initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 5-7 years experience in HR
- PHR/SHRM certification preferred
