Job Description
We are currently seeking Registered Nurses for full-time contract positions in Saddle Brook, NJ at CareerStaff Unlimited. Responsibilities
- Receive and transfer patients to the unit.
- Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments.
- Document timely and accurately.
- Interpret assessments, diagnostic data, and telemetry.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience.
- Active RN license, CPR/BLS certification, and Physical/TB/PPD required.
- Verifiable work history and professional references necessary.
