Join Liberty Healthcare Management as a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN). In this critical role, you will oversee the nursing staff, ensuring the best patient care possible during your shift. Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to coordinate and supervise the Nursing Services Department, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the nursing staff to deliver quality patient care.
• Assist in directing, coordinating, and supervising the Nursing Services Department.
• Manage Nursing services in compliance with regulations and facility policies.
• Provide assistance to Nurses during acute episodes.
• Address employee issues promptly and maintain documentation.
• Participate in on-call responsibilities as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school graduate.
• Registered Nurse with a valid license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
• Prior experience in long-term care preferred.
• CPR certification required annually.
• Ability to supervise nursing staff effectively.
• Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations.
