Job Description
Join our team at Meadowview of Davenport, a brand-new senior community managed by Cassia, as a Registered Nurse (RN) Director of Health Services (DHS). This is a full-time position with a pay range of $80,000 to $85,000 per year. As the Director of Health Services, you will lead the clinical team to provide exceptional care to our residents across independent living, assisted living, and memory care options. Your responsibilities will include overseeing nursing care, creating individualized care plans, advocating for residents' rights, managing budgets, and supervising nursing staff.
Responsibilities
- Complete initial assessments of potential residents.
- Oversee nursing care for Assisted Living residents.
- Create and implement individual Care Plans for each resident.
- Communicate with healthcare providers, county personnel, and families regarding residents' needs.
- Take fiscal responsibility for budgeting in nursing and care-related areas.
- Supervise nursing staff, including hiring, evaluation, and scheduling.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Iowa.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience in Assisted Living (AL) is a plus.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
