Job Description
The University of Vermont Medical Center is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Cardiology for our 32-bed progressive-care Cardiac Care Unit (CCU). As a Cardiology RN, you will provide high-quality care to a diverse patient population with various heart-related conditions. Join our team at a Level I Tertiary care hospital equipped with state-of-the-art technology, where patient and family-centered care is our priority.
Responsibilities
- Treat patients with structural heart problems, coronary stents, arrhythmia, congestive heart failure, pulmonary hypertension, ST-Elevation MI’s, and non-ST-Elevation MI’s.
- Work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Valid RN license.
- Specialization or experience in Cardiology nursing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide compassionate and personalized patient care.
