Job Description
The University of Vermont Medical Center is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Orthopedics team at Miller 6. As a Staff Nurse II, you will be responsible for providing professional nursing care to patients, creating and implementing nursing plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best patient care.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients.
- Work as a vital part of the nursing team, offering direct patient care and education.
- Prepare patients for post-discharge care and take charge as needed.
Requirements
- State of Vermont Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Experience in orthopedics or relevant clinical area.
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience.
