Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at LifeBridge Health. This position is based in Westminster, MD, at Carroll Hospital, as part of the supplemental staffing team. The role is on a PRN (as needed) basis with varying hours. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols.
- Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate patient medical records.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Valid RN license in the state of Maryland.
- Previous nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
