Job Description

Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and implement client care following facility and NurseCore standards.
- Maintain competency through continuing education.
- Administer and record medications, carry out prescribed treatments.
- Admit and discharge patients as directed, respecting patients' rights and ensuring confidentiality.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure with the State Board of Nursing in the State of _____.
- Minimum 1-year experience as a Registered Nurse in the last 3 years in a supervised setting.
- Current CPR certification in compliance with the American Heart Association standards.
- Negative TB/PPD or Chest X-Ray within the last 12 months.
- Successful completion of the skills assessment.
