Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care - Med/Surg/Tele - PRN

Job Description

We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Acute Care team in the Med/Surg/Tele department on a PRN basis at Denver Health. This position offers the opportunity to be part of a fast-paced medical/surgical unit with a diverse patient population, providing essential care and promoting excellence in healthcare consumer safety and quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient health, vital signs, and symptoms.
• Develop and modify patient care plans based on individual conditions.
• Coordinate with healthcare team to ensure effective patient care.
• Administer nursing care, medications, and treatments.
• Promote positive patient experiences and outcomes.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• Active BLS and RN licenses.
• Strong adherence to professional nursing standards and practices.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively.
• Experience in direct patient care preferred.
