REGISTERED NURSE (RN) - GOLDEN YEARS NURSING HOME

Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Golden Years Nursing Home. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring quality nursing care for patients in accordance with physician orders, state and federal regulations, and facility policies. You will provide medications, supervise nursing assistants, assist physicians, and maintain infection control measures. Additionally, you will be involved in research related to nursing care quality and contribute to the assessment of new admissions.

Job Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and licensed by the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
• Possess CPR certification and demonstrate a genuine interest in geriatric nursing.
• Ability to make critical nursing decisions and work effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication skills and empathy when interacting with patients, families, and colleagues.
