REGISTERED NURSE - RN - SKILLED NURSING FACILITY

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at a well-established skilled nursing facility in Concord, NH. As an RN in this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, supporting healthcare providers, and ensuring that patient needs are met. Candidates with at least 6 months of nursing home experience are preferred.

Salary:

Hourly Comp: $46
Weekly Comp: $1840

• Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare personnel
• Demonstrate knowledge of care practices, treatments, and interventions
• Understand and adhere to regulations and procedures
• Promote patient independence and safety
• Effectively communicate and interact with patients and families
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Make independent decisions and follow instructions
• Proficient in English written and verbal skills
• Computer skills required

Registered Nurse (RN) Job Requirements:

• 6-12 months of recent supervised experience in a Long Term Care/Nursing Home setting
• Registered Nursing degree from an accredited institution
• Current CPR/BLS certification, Physical, TB test, and RN license
