Registered Nurse (RN) - Westside Adult Medical Clinic (PRN)

Job Description

We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at the Westside Adult Medical Clinic on a PRN basis. As an integral part of our ambulatory care services, you will provide patient care and education to a diverse patient population across all ages. You will adhere to professional nursing standards and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe and quality care for our patients.

Responsibilities

• Implement evidence-based care plans and educate patients.
• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and communicate findings.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to establish goals and strategies for patient care.
• Supervise and support other clinic team members.
• Maintain accurate patient records and reports.
• Prepare patients for examinations and treatments.
• Analyze assessment data to determine nursing diagnosis.
• Promote a positive patient experience.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• 1-3 years of experience in direct patient care.
• Valid BLS and RN licenses.
• Proficiency in medical equipment use and patient care administration.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
