Registered Nurse- Urgent Care

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Urgent Care team at The University of Vermont Medical Center. As a Staff Nurse II, you will be responsible for providing professional nursing care to patients at different stages of health and illness. Your role will involve assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plans, working closely within multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for our patients. In addition to direct patient care, you will provide guidance, education, and support for patients transitioning through various levels of care.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Minimum one year of relevant experience in a clinical setting.
