Job Description
We are looking for a Renal Registered Dietitian to join our team at Grace Medical Center, a leading healthcare facility in Baltimore, MD. As part of the Allied Health team, you will provide critical nutrition services to dialysis patients, ensuring their well-being and quality of life in line with regulatory standards and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Assess nutritional status and develop personalized nutrition plans.
- Participate in interdisciplinary care plans and patient consultations.
- Deliver nutrition education and counseling tailored to individual needs.
- Monitor patient progress, lab results, and adherence to dietary guidelines.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams and external partners to optimize patient care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.
- Registered Dietitian with state licensure in Maryland.
- Minimum of two years of clinical nutrition experience; dialysis experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and time management skills.
