We are looking for a dedicated Renal Registered Nurse to join our team at Grace Medical Center. As a part-time Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in our Renal Dialysis Program, providing innovative and urgent care to end-stage renal disease patients. The position involves working day shifts with a weekend commitment from 5:00am to 1:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment.
• Ensure adherence to Healthcare Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines.
• Offer clinical direction to staff members and oversee patient care.
• Strive to improve patient outcomes and deliver state-of-the-art care.

Requirements

• Current Maryland RN license (Compact Licensure accepted).
• Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience, with specific experience in med surge, critical care, or emergency care.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• CNN or CDN certification preferred.
• Supervisory experience desirable.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and specialized applications within 60 days of employment.
