Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate Renal Registered Nurse to join the team at Grace Medical Center, a part of LifeBridge Health. This part-time position with a weekend commitment offers day shifts from 5:00am-1:30pm at our state-of-the-art Renal Dialysis Program.
Summary
At Grace Medical Center, we provide urgent treatment for end-stage renal disease patients in a warm and welcoming environment. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative care for acute dialysis and peritoneal dialysis patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent clinical patient care for a shift of patients.
- Offer clinical direction to staff members in accordance with healthcare policies and regulations.
- Demonstrate proficiency in caring for complex patients and improving patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Active Maryland RN license (Compact Licensure accepted).
- Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience, including at least 12 months in med surge, critical care, or emergency care.
- Current BLS certification; CNN or CDN certification preferred.
- Supervisory experience desired.
