Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Renal Registered Nurse to join our team at Grace Medical Center, a leading healthcare provider in Baltimore, MD. As part of our Renal Dialysis Program, you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative and urgent treatment to end-stage renal disease patients. Our clinic operates Monday through Saturday and is committed to providing state-of-the-art care in a warm and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality clinical care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment.
- Supervise and direct staff in accordance with healthcare policies and regulations.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training to enhance patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Active Maryland RN license, with Compact Licensure accepted.
- Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience, including at least 12 months in med surge, critical care, or emergency care.
- Current BLS certification required; CNN or CDN certification preferred.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
