Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Renal Registered Nurse to join the team at Grace Medical Center, part of LifeBridge Health. As a Staff Nurse in the Renal Dialysis Program, you will play a crucial role in providing innovative and urgent treatment to end-stage renal disease patients. This is a part-time position with a weekend commitment, and the day shift schedule is from 5:00am to 1:30pm.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment.
- Oversee clinical patient care for a shift of patients, in adherence to healthcare policies and regulations.
- Contribute to professional growth and enhance patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Active Maryland RN license, Compact Licensure accepted.
- Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience with at least 12 months in med surge, critical care, or emergency care.
- Current BLS certification; CNN or CDN certification preferred.
- Supervisory experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and specific applications within 60 days of employment.
