Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Renal Registered Nurse to join our team at Grace Medical Center. This part-time position with a weekend commitment offers the opportunity to work day shifts from 5:00am to 1:30pm in Baltimore, MD.
Summary
The Renal Dialysis Program at Grace Medical Center focuses on providing innovative and urgent treatment for end-stage renal disease patients. As a Staff Nurse, you will be part of a team that delivers prompt care in a warm environment, including acute dialysis and peritoneal dialysis treatments.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical care to a shift of patients following healthcare policies and guidelines.
- Offer clinical direction and supervise staff members.
- Demonstrate continuous professional growth and strive for enhanced patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Current Maryland RN license required (Compact Licensure accepted).
- Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 12 months in med-surge, critical care, or emergency care.
- CNN or CDN certification preferred.
- Supervisory experience desired.
