Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Renal Registered Nurse to join our team at Grace Medical Center, a part-time position with a weekend commitment. In this role, you will work day shifts from 5:00am to 1:30pm, providing care to end-stage renal disease patients in our innovative Renal Dialysis Program. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills, contribute to improving patient outcomes, and supervise clinical patient care in accordance with the highest healthcare standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert nursing care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment.
- Supervise and mentor staff members to ensure quality care delivery.
- Adhere to healthcare policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Operate dialysis equipment and maintain accurate patient records.
Requirements
- Active Maryland RN license (Compact Licensure accepted).
- Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience.
- Current BLS certification; CNN or CDN certification preferred.
- Supervisory experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
