In this role, you will be responsible for delivering the Pella Promise to homeowners, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience in the installation of replacement windows. Your goal will be to achieve sales targets by effectively presenting Pella solutions, understanding customer needs, and providing outstanding follow-up service.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual sales and customer satisfaction goals through effective presentations.
  • Execute the Pella Replacement Sales Process during in-home consultations.
  • Close sales during customer interactions and ensure accurate quotes and orders.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Develop leads and referrals through customer relationship networking.
