Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Residential Floating Therapist to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services, Inc. This role involves providing clinical services for individuals affected by severe and persistent mental illness in a residential treatment setting. As a Residential Floating Therapist, you will be responsible for performing Comprehensive Mental Health Assessments, updating treatment plans, offering clinical oversight, and providing supervision to Residential Associates. Additionally, you will liaise with community providers and be trained in crisis de-escalation techniques. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Compensation
Salary ranges from $6,250 to $7,250 per month, depending on qualifications and credentials. An additional 5% Language Differential is offered for bilingual or multilingual candidates. Requirements
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration
- Completion of two years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting
- Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check
