Job Description

The Phoenix Organization operates Denny’s, Taco Bell, and Burger King restaurants and is currently hiring Managers for multiple restaurants in the area. As a restaurant manager, you’ll be a part of a community that thrives on service and enjoys satisfying customer needs by delivering a high-quality product and experience in a fast-paced food service environment. Immediate hiring is available in our fast food restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Managing the operations and restaurant staff.
• Delivering high-quality products in a clean, professional, and safe environment.
• Maintaining day-to-day financial controls.
• Creating and managing staff schedules.
• Interviewing, hiring, training, and writing up staff.
• Exercising proper food handling, equipment maintenance, and facility management.
• Setting the tone for the fun, family environment in the restaurant.
• Management-level openings range from shift managers, assistant managers, to general managers.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate should have successful previous restaurant management experience in a fast-food setting.
• Strong skills in coaching and training, customer service, organization, and planning.
• The ability to accomplish the sales and profit goals.
• College degree or equivalent experience in operations, and 2 years of management operations experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
