Job Description

Denny's is currently hiring Managers for multiple restaurants in the area. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be an integral part of a community that thrives on service, delivering high-quality products and exceptional experiences in a fast-paced food service environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operations and restaurant staff.
• Deliver high-quality products in a clean, professional, and safe environment.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train, and supervise staff.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance, and facility management.
• Set the tone for a fun and family-oriented environment in the restaurant.
• Management level openings range from shift managers, assistant managers, to general managers.

Qualifications

• Successful previous restaurant management experience in a fast food setting.
• Strong skills in coaching, training, customer service, organization, and planning.
• Ability to accomplish sales and profit goals.
• College degree or equivalent experience in operations, and 2 years of management operations experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
