Job Description

Join the Ocotillo Store team at Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA). As a Retail Merchandise Processor, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer experiences and driving sales by processing donated merchandise for sale in our store locations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive and process merchandise, including pricing, ticketing, and meeting minimum quota.
• Maintain in-person attendance and safeguard company property, including donated goods.
• Stock merchandise in the appropriate area as assigned and be cross-trained in all processing departments as needed.
• Inspect donated merchandise, analyze the quality, and determine the proper category, size, and cleaning criteria.

• Perform other related duties as assigned to support store operations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
